Settings → Plan & billing shows your plan, what your store used this month, and your invoices.

Plans

Pay yearly and you get 2 months free.

Every new store starts with a 14-day free trial of Growth. There is no free plan.

Usage

The Current plan card shows this month’s orders, staff accounts, AI requests and file storage against your plan’s limits. Usage starts again on the 1st of each month.

Orders are never blocked. If you go over your plan’s orders, we ask you to move to a bigger plan. On Pro, ask us about Own it (below).

Choose or change a plan

1. Click Compare plans.
2. Pick Monthly or Yearly, then Choose a plan.
3. You go to a secure payment page. Pay with UPI, card or netbanking. Your plan starts as soon as the payment goes through.

Moving to a smaller plan waits until your current paid period ends; until then everything stays as it is. You can click Keep current plan any time before that date.

Renewals and unpaid bills

We create your next bill 3 days before your period ends, with a Pay now link. If it isn’t paid by the end date, the plan shows Payment due. After 7 more days it is Paused, and a banner asks you to pay. Paying turns everything back on.

We email the pay link to your store’s contact email when a renewal is billed, and once more if it becomes overdue.

UPI AutoPay

Under Payment method, click Turn on UPI AutoPay and approve the mandate in your UPI app (once). From then on each renewal is charged automatically, and the GST invoice is emailed as usual. If a charge fails, the plan goes back to pay links and the page says so. Click Turn off AutoPay any time.

Invoices

Every bill is a GST invoice. The Invoices card lists them with their status: Due, Paid or Cancelled. Click View to open one, or Pay to pay a due bill. Invoices go to your store’s contact email (Settings → Store details).

Paid apps

Some apps are included from a plan up, and on a smaller plan you can buy them by the month (+ 18% GST):

Every other app (GST invoices, Shopify import, couriers, payment gateways, storage, email, WhatsApp, Umami) is free on every plan.

To buy one:

1. Open the App Store and click Install on the app. The card shows its price.
2. Click Buy for ₹… / month and pay.

The app installs as soon as the payment goes through. It renews every month: we bill 3 days ahead, and an unpaid renewal keeps the app working for 7 more days.

Paid apps on this page lists what you bought. Click Stop renewing to end one: it keeps working until the paid month ends. If you move to a plan that includes the app, you don’t need to buy it any more.

Own it
