Drafts

Orders → Drafts holds orders you build yourself for a customer, such as one agreed on WhatsApp. They stay hidden from your store until you convert them. The tabs are All drafts, Open and Invoice sent, and the tiles show open drafts, invoices sent and the value in drafts. Open a draft, add products, set a discount or shipping if you need to, then use Send invoice (the customer gets a pay link) or Convert to order. A converted draft is billed for GST the same way a checkout order is, including the warehouse’s GST number.
