Reports
Analytics → Reports is where you look things up: how much each state bought, which products sold best this month, how many orders were cash on delivery.
What this is for
- Asking “Sales by state last 30 days” and getting the answer, without building anything.
- Keeping the three or four reports you check every week one click away.
- Exporting a report as a CSV for your accountant.
Ask a question
Type your question in the box at the top, or pick one of the examples under it (Sales by state last 30 days, Top 10 products this month…). Koomerce AI answers in the AI bar. It only reads your store’s data here; it never changes anything. If AI is off for your store you’ll see “Turn on Koomerce AI in Settings to ask questions here”, and asking opens Settings → AI.
Saved reports
Open any report under Templates, pick the dates, then select Save report, give it a name like “Sales by state · monthly” and Save. It shows up under Saved reports with the report and dates it runs, and opens with those dates. Use the card’s ⋯ menu to Rename or Delete it; deleting only removes the saved copy, the report itself stays under Templates.
Saved reports belong to the store, so everyone on your team who can see Analytics sees them.
Templates
The ready-made reports are grouped by topic: Sales, Finance, Orders, Shipping and delivery, Returns, Customers, Inventory and Marketing. Each one shows a chart and a table for the dates you pick, and Export CSV downloads the table.
