AI features

Your store comes with AI helpers. They are included in your plan, you do not need an account anywhere else, and nothing changes in your store until you say so.

AI assistant (every page)

The AI bar at the bottom of every page (Ctrl+J, or ⌘J on a Mac) answers questions from your own data and prepares changes you approve: discounts, price changes, collections, product text and reply drafts. See AI assistant for everything it can do.

On Home, the Ask AI card shows a few things to ask and to get done; each one opens the AI bar.

Write with AI (product page)

Open any product. On the Basic details card, click Write with AI.

  1. Pick a tone: Friendly, Premium, Playful, Technical or Simple.
  2. Pick a language: English or Hindi.
  3. Optional: add notes, for example the material, the size, who it is for or what is in the box. The photos cannot show everything, so notes help.
  4. Click Write it. In a few seconds you see a suggestion next to what the product has now:
    • Description: an opening paragraph, short highlights and a closing line
    • Key specs: only what it could read in your photos or notes (added at the end of the description)
    • Search title and Search description: what Google shows, built around the product’s search keywords when it has some
    • Tags: new tags are added to yours, nothing is removed
  5. Tick the parts you like and click Apply to product. They go into the form, and the bar at the bottom asks you to Save. Nothing is saved until you click Save.

Tips:

  • Add good photos first. It reads up to three photos: labels, ports, materials and colours.
  • Not happy? Click Change to pick another tone or language, then Write again.
  • Always read it before saving. AI can make mistakes, and it is told never to make up specs, prices or warranties.

Write with AI for many products (products list)

Tick products on Products, click Write with AI, choose what to write and start. It writes in the background; review and Apply when it is done. Details in AI assistant.

Settings → AI

  • This month: the AI credits your store used against your plan’s monthly allowance (Starter 500, Growth 3,000, Pro 15,000). Each answer or write uses a few credits, depending on how much the AI reads and writes. The allowance starts again on the 1st of each month.
  • Buy 1,000 credits (₹199): opens a secure payment page. Bought credits are added as soon as the payment goes through. They are used after the month’s allowance and never expire.
  • AI features: turn AI assistant, Write with AI or Write with AI for many products off to hide it for everyone in your store.
  • Writing quality: Standard or Best. Best uses a stronger AI for product writing; each write then uses more credits. Questions and changes in the AI bar always use the fast AI.
  • Your data: what is and is not sent to the AI.
  • Activity: every change the AI made, who approved it and when, and Undo where the change can be undone.

If you use up the month’s credits and have none bought, the AI says so and starts working again on the 1st, or as soon as you buy more. Doing many AI requests within a few minutes also pauses for a short while.

Who can use it

  • AI assistant: anyone; it only offers what their role allows (a staff member who cannot edit discounts never sees a discount card), and Approve checks their role again.
  • Write with AI (one or many products): anyone whose role can edit products (Owner, Administrator).
  • Settings → AI: anyone who can see settings; only those who can change settings can turn features on or off or change writing quality.

Your data

  • Customer phone numbers, emails and addresses are never sent to the AI. To draft a reply to an order, it sees only the customer’s first name, and it says so under the answer.
  • Text in your products and orders is treated as data, never as instructions to the AI.
  • For Write with AI it sends the product’s name, type, brand, tags, description, search keywords, your notes and up to three product photos.
  • For Suggest keywords it sends the product’s name, type, brand, category, description and price, its current keywords and, when Google Search Console is connected, the searches that brought visitors to the product.
  • For the AI assistant it sends your question, the page you are on, and the store facts its tools look up, such as sales, order numbers, stock counts and product names.
  • Conversations are not saved on our servers. We only count how much AI your store used.
