Agentic sales

More and more people ask an AI, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Copilot, what to buy. Sales channels → Agentic sales gets your products into those answers, and sends shoppers to your store to check out.

Connect ChatGPT

ChatGPT lists stores through OpenAI’s merchant programme, and OpenAI approves each store.

  1. Open Agentic sales and click Connect on the ChatGPT card.
  2. Choose what ChatGPT can see, then click Request access. The card shows Waiting for approval.
  3. When OpenAI approves your store, they send you a feed address and a feed key. Open the request (View request) and click Add OpenAI feed details. Paste both and click Save and sync.

Your catalog then goes to ChatGPT, and again every 6 hours. Click Manage on the card to Sync now, Pause listings or Disconnect.

Perplexity, Copilot and Google’s AI mode stay as requests for now. Google’s AI answers already use your Google Merchant Center listings, so connect Google under Social media as well.

Controls (what agents see)

Agentic sales → Controls decides what every AI agent sees:

  • Products: all live products, or only chosen collections.
  • Hide tagged products: products with a tag such as no-ai are never shown to agents.
  • Prices: your store prices, and whether the MRP shows struck out.
  • Checkout: shoppers check out on your store.

Catalog readiness

Catalog readiness scores how well agents can read your products (0–100). It lists what to fix: missing descriptions, barcodes (GTIN), photos, categories and policies. Fix with AI can write missing descriptions for you.
