Extra fields

Where to find it: a product’s page → the Extra fields card, just above More settings. What to do: type a value into each field, such as a care guide or a warranty period, then press Save extra fields. What you’ll see: “Extra fields saved”. Your theme can show these on the product page, and a section can connect to them.

The card is empty until you have made a field. Press Add a field right there to make one without leaving the page. Manage extra fields opens Settings → Custom data, where you can edit or delete them. A new product has to be saved once before its extra fields can be filled in. Collections have the same card. More in Content types.
